Virtual Counseling

VIRTUAL COUNSELING SERVICES

What is teletherapy?
Teletherapy is just like in person therapy, but is provided virtually, via computer, smartphone or tablet. Virtual counseling services are held through a HIPAA compliant, secure video platform, which can easily fit into your busy schedule from the comfort of your own home or office.

Telehealth services provide more accessibility to more people within the state of North Carolina.  â€‹

Is teletherapy effective?
Since the pandemic, we have a lot more research on outcomes of telehealth services. Research indicates teletherapy is just as effective as in-person therapy!
